Dog Training Class

We enrolled our Labradoodle, Layla in both Puppy & Adolescent Training Courses with Emma. Both of which were amazing & have certainly proved vital in our learning (given Layla is our first dog).

The classes were incredibly well structured, clear yet suitable for dogs (& owners for that matter) of all abilities, with no-one made to feel like they were lagging behind the group at any point. The Homework activities added another layer to the training, ensuring consistent development & keeping things fresh throughout.

Finally, Emma also provided an immense amount of support & care (which wasn’t even part of her training program) in the early stages when we were struggling with a new puppy for the first time. She went out of her way, spending much of her own personal time to help us & we’re eternally grateful. We’d recommend her Training Classes, as well as her Dog Walks & Day Care to anyone in a heartbeat.

Dog Walking (Michael, Egham.), 10/10

I have used Emma’s services since April 2015.
She is absolutely reliable, obviously loves animals and is always on time. If she needs to change the time she always advises me the day before.

Dog Walking and Training

(Mrs F, Francis, Laleham)

I never have any hesitaion in booking Emma for my dog, he’s an energetic fella who needs alot of attention and Emma knows how to handle him just right.  She treats him just as i would with love and care. i would recommend the Emma’s Animal Care service to anyone.

Dog Walking/Training
Pauline Staines

We engaged Emma to look after our young Cocker spaniel in late 2012, and have been both impressed and delighted by the care she has provided. Emma clearly has a passion for all animals, but her gentle caring nature combined with expertise in behavioural training has made her an excellent choice for us. Emma not only walks our dog 3 times a week, but underpins their time together by reinforcing good behaviour both on and off lead.
I would readily recommend Emma for the care of your pet: she is both reliable and trustworthy and takes all the stress and worry out of the safe care of your ‘baby’! Pauline of Staines

Cat Visit

I Went on a short break for four days and had Emma look after my cat sasha. sasha is a diabetic cat who needs to be given insulin twice daily by injection, not only did Emma carry out the normal duties of feeding sasha and making a fuss of her,but administered the injections which she done very well.also Emma text me after each visit to reassure me all was well,a very nice part of the service.returned home from my break to a very contented cat. would definitely recommend emma. Thank-you. Lee.

Dog Training
(Gill, Englefield Green)

With both patience and guidance, Emma has managed to change the experience of walking my two dogs Lily and Elsie, from a testing, strained experience, into an enjoyable time for the three of us. I can only sing her praises and would recommend her to any dog owner who needs help with problems they have training their dog.

Dog Walking / Training
(virginia Water)

Emma has been a great help with our French bulldog, Buster.
She has shown him masses of care and attention. Not only taking him for regular walks, but keeping up with his treatments and appointments at the vets.
Whilst Emma has been taking care of Buster she has been giving him the training that he needs to become, the even more than he already is, perfect dog!
Thank you so much Emma for all your help and time.

Dog Walking
(Sharon, Windsor)

My very fussy Dalmatian Penny loves Emma looking after her. She usually only wants to be with me but when I go away I know that Penny will be really well looked after and happy with Emma. I would recommend her to anyone.

Cat Vistits
(Robyn, Staines)

Emma looked after our two cats, Bella and Guinness, over the Christmas break for a week and she was amazing! Little Bella is very scared of strangers and none of our previous cat sitters even saw her when they came round as she would hide until they had left. This time however Emma had her out and playing by the second day; it was very reassuring to know that they were being looked after by someone who really cares about animals and their welfare. I would highly recommend Emma and will use her for all future holidays when we need a cat sitter.

Dog Walking / Training
(Doreen, Staines)

Emma walked my dog Milo while I was away for 5 weeks. Milo would pull really hard all the time. But thanks to Emma, she has cured him of this habit. I was very pleased with all she did and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a Dog Trainer or Walker.

Puppy Visit
(Jayne, Whitton)

Emma came and helped me with training for my puppy. Rosa was only 8 weeks old when we first got her and was prone to biting! She especially bit out 7 year old daughter, it was mainly very lightly and just in play but we didn’t want this to continue. I was also having problems toilet training her also.
Emma came to our house and not only did she give us some excellent advice about our puppy, but also taught our daughter how she should be towards Rosa!
As soon as we put this advice in to practise we started to see changes for the better in Rosa’s behaviour and now we have a very well behaved 7 month old puppy, using treats and the techniques Emma showed us has made so much difference and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
She has a genuine love for animals also which shows in her training and i feel is so important – always putting the animal first. It takes a deep understanding of animals to bring out the best in them and Emma has this. She is also happy to give out advise if I ever need any extra tips.

Walking / Training
(Justin, Staines)

We approached Emma to take care of our new (and very boisterous) rescue dog earlier this year.  We were looking for somebody who would care for him when we needed to be out and to provide us with training and advice on how to build his self-control and obedience.
We could not have been more pleased! Emma has been fantastic and her training methods have helped us (and him) immensely.
We recommend Emma to everyone who needs a caring, considerate and committed carer for their pet.

Cat Vists
(Lesley,Egham)

It’s lovely to be able to go away knowing your pet will be well taken care off. The bonus is Emma is also keeping an eye on your home and would be able to let you know immediately.

Day Care / Walking
(Mike, Staines)

I would highly recommend Emma’s Animal Care. Emma has taken care of our Miniature Schnauzer puppy  Brunno on the occasions that my partner and I are both at work. She has provided us with advice and support through the puppy months and Brunno loves going to see her. Emma truly cares about the animals she looks after . She is thoroughly professional and honest. I know that Brunno is cared for how  we would like him to be cared for ….  she cares. Its not just a job for Emma its her passion.

Monty loved Emma. I could see a wonderful bond between them. When Monty became ill, Emma made herself available to help. She was a great friend to him.

Walking:
(Charlie, Chertsey)

“Emma was a wonderful walker for me whilst my mummy was at work. Mummy says she was flexible and always available to help her out. I always got lots of cuddles and fuss from Emma and was very happy to go out for walks with her! Woof” – Charlie

Walking / Training
(Pauline, Staines)

He’s a different dog on the lead now. A pleasure to take out. I can enjoy walking him on the lead now instead of just driving to the park for his daily run.

Training & Behaviour/Walks:
(Elaine, Staines)

Emma has changed our relationship with our dog, hugely for the better.  We were making some errors, never having owned a dog before, that she was able to explain and help us correct.  We were very anxious walkers, with an anxious dog pulling on the lead constantly and she advised a new harness and lead and new attitude to walking.  She offered advice regarding diet, that helped change his behaviour and his wellbeing too.  She came on walks with us and advised us what to look for in body language.  She patiently helped us change our behaviour before a walk, when we would have a highly charged dog ready to pull us up the road, to a calm dog leaving the house anxiety free and calmly.   She helped us with how to behave when visitors arrived, so that they weren’t knocked off their feet!  And when we moved house Emma was there on the day to help him calm down and take him out for a stress relieving walk.
Emma communicates quickly and efficiently, always contacts us after visits, and even when we’ve not seen her for a while, to make sure all is OK.  She does not clock watch and stays until she feels she has achieved what she wanted to from a training session.
She clearly loves what she does and is instinctive with animals.
My only regret is that we didn’t meet her when Arnie was a puppy as the last 4 years would have been so different.  People never visited us, our furniture was chewed up and ruined many times, we didn’t walk him because it was so stressful and he was not a happy dog and we were not happy owners.  That has changed completely now.

Puppy class/Improvers class
(Vicky, Lyne)

My puppy & I attended Emma’s puppy school for 12 weeks and she has helped me give him the best start in life, he is now 8 months old and the most awesome and (most of the time) well behaved puppy I could wish for, & thanks to her help with training I can now ride my horse & have my puppy trotting along side! 100% recommend X Vicky & Marvel X

Cat Visit
(Darla, Egham)

Emma is an absolute gem! She has looked after my three cats on multiple occasions when we have been away. The first time was for three weeks – obviously being away from that long made me nervous but she consistently put my mind at ease, sending me pictures often and emailing updates. When we got back, they were better behaved than ever. She also introduced us to the world of interactive feeding toys that are great stimulation for indoor cats, and gave us a toy to keep! Also, she doesn’t charge more for multiple animals, a bonus with more than two cats and is extremely reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any one, any animal. If any one wants to contact me directly to ask about her cat sitting services, please do!

Dog Training & Behaviour
(Englefield Green)

Emma has been helping me to train my two dachshunds. She has a fantastic way with them – I was lead to believe that Daxi’s were untrainable – and certainly believed that of my little Obi – however it turns out he is a star pupil and absolutely loves his training sessions. Things that had started to become a little stressful – people ringing the doorbell, the post man coming – are no stress at all now. Even the cats are starting to see the benefit of the training – they are no longer being barked at constantly and I really do believe that eventually, I will be able to have cats and dogs living harmoniously. I can’t thank Emma enough for the time and effort she has put in – it is always really useful to have an email following our sessions with my homework for the next week too. Thank you! I definitely recommend….

Cat Visits
(Dan & Teresa, Egham)

Emma was great from start to finish – we found her through a recommendation at our vets and are so happy we opted to have her cat sit for our 4 month old kitten rather than send him to the cattery. Not only did she come and play with him and feed him every day but also cleaned up after he smashed a plant pot and she picked up our post!
We were worried about leaving him for the first time but Emma was really professional and put our mind at ease on her first visit – and when we came back to our little rascal kitten he had even ended left with a couple of new toys!
Highly recommended and much better to leave a cat in their home where they’re happy, we’ll definitely continue to use Emma whenever we’re away now.

Emma is amazing! So helpful & supportive. You can tell how much she loves dogs because she’s extremely passionate & very knowledgeable. We have attended her puppy parties and recently started puppy training with her. Emma has also provided us with 121 support when we’ve had questions which has been priceless. Emma has a lovely approach when it comes to training and is a very friendly, approachable and most importantly, her positive attitude is really encouraging. Thank you Emma!! Faye & Luke xxx
